      Well, the arm workouts were hard. It feels like the strength I have gained already has disappeared. But I know it’s not, because when I tested normal knee push ups, I could bend my arms a little more.

          Our Vivaspa Whole Body Vibration Machine arrived yesterday. We’ve used tables kind of like this before, but I didn’t do it as much as my mom did. But anyways, I tested it out yesterday, but I want to try to keep following the Blogilates Calendar in the sense of working certain muscle groups on certain days. It’s going to be fun trying to find moves that work other areas. But my sides are hurting.

          And when it came to me doing my bedtime yoga, I tried to do it from memory, which resulted in a much shorter session.

                Scohui I just realized it’s actually called Healthy pace on my phone. But it’s when you maintain at least 100 steps per minute for 10 minutes.

                              I tried to follow the Blogilates calendar today. I made it about 7 minutes into Silent Death Cardio before moving on to the next video, Lean, Long & Lifted from Head to Toe. I didn’t make it very far into that one, either. I just had no energy today. It didn’t help that during leg circles, even though I kept them small due to space, I hit my ankle on the furniture. I had to take a little break, but in the long run, it didn’t help. So I went straight to yoga.

                              To top everything off, my littlest dog decided he also wanted to mark what my other dog was marking outside. Instead of him waiting his turn, he decided it would be a bright idea to walk underneath the other dog. So I had to bathe him, which causes the other dog to constantly follow him around sniffing him and whining because he doesn’t recognize him. So not exactly a wonderful day today.
