    Baseline

    Just Finished the Baseline program. I like to reset and evaluate with the Baseline after doing other programs, works great during PT and recuperation. Awesome. Easy to do,little to no impact on the body. DareBees Rock.

          Yes it's mostly that I have something to do every day before I recover and get better at things like squats.

          The exercises fit with my fitness level, or they work as stretches, and one or two of them are actually what I am assigned to do by the physio. I am doing other stuff, too.

          It's a program that is also designed to improve my overall fitness, so yeah.

              Ride on! Another great month training. Dont miss Mondays, take a break when body says to. Looking forward what is in store for next month. June challenge was Great .

                Going to begin the 90 days of Action Program. Something different everyday, and adjustable to levels of how the body is feeling that day.

                Glad i had a baseline of where i stand. Excellent first day.

                              Good Program. Hits from all points. Strength,Coordination,Agility,Dexterity,Endurance. The Balance days are always interesting.
