    102.8 F fever. Could not do regular routine but had to do something to keep the streak going

    Band it (Level I @ 50 lbs. and 30 lbs tension)
    Hammer (with weights replaced by resistance bands at 70 lbs and 20 lbs tension)

    So far, so good. We'll see if anything happens overnight.

    Quick today -- family visiting!
    I also discovered in the middle of the night that 60 lbs for some of the Band-It exercises and 80 lbs for some of the Hammer exercises is just too much right now.
