    Hammer (with weights replaced by resistance bands at 70 lbs and 20 lbs tension)

    Ordered a real suspension trainer yesterday. Should be here next week. It will be a nice change up from resistance bands.

    Stumbled upon the Five Rites routine last night - read about it years ago. It's a nice addition to my warm-up and a good transition between meditation and physical exercise.

    Oh dear!! Are you having any other symptoms other than fever? Worried about Covid? Can you get a drive through test?
