30 Days of Change day 14 - Did 5 sets of Shadow Boxing. I could not go very fast since this is probablly 3rd time that I did in my life. But anyhow, it was a great technique build and great cardio movement to engage your explosiveness and learn something new.

Part 2 - I did legs with 4 sets and level 2 difficulty of reps.

Impossible Abs Challenge Day 3 completed

First things first - it is 1st july, the time is 23:28. It is 42nd day of my consecutive traning.
I finished during the day 30 Days of change day 12.It was kinda dificult I lack of condition so I did 3 sets of this crazy circuit.

However, I liked the Chapter 1 workout so I did 3 sets of that also before bed and I accepted the July challenge

so day 1 of impossible abs were finished succesfully.
I want to finish the program and challenge till my birthday and this is a small goal that I am giving myself for a better version of myself

Starting from July, I will add here a small goal that I want to achieve. Learning web development for 10 minutes every day until birthday, so the whole July. Today I succeeded in this and started to work in Odin Project

https://darebee.com/programs/30-days...wall=&start=10 I did day 10 today, but I did the cardio part yesterday. I focused today on legs - did level 2 sets and reps, so that I can, during the day, go to do beginner pullup regimen.

    https://darebee.com/programs/30-days...owall=&start=7 performed level 2 - 5 sets and level 2 - 10 repetitions.
After I went for a walk and did some declined pullup variations and assisted chinups to strengthen the back since that is my weak spot.

30 Days of Change Day 6 - Part with the cardio ; I did level 1 with 2 minutes walk then run for 20 minutes in total. I also walked for 20 minutes.

Also I did 5 sets of these 3 strecthing exercises 3x1 minutes with 1 minute rest between sets. So that adds total 20 minutes of stretching.
    Pretty active day overall
