    Decided to do only one day of Age of Pandora and do extra strength work -- the walking lunges were actually pretty tough with a 30lb bag of sand on your shoulder! (Maybe that shouldn't be surprising).

    I decided to start Age of Pandora on a whim. I did the first two days today -- hopefully this will last me a while. I will try and do additional strength work on the side but something more cardio focused is nice.
