                    There is no rush, the journey is long and I too am just starting out but I am passionate about at least basic things

                              The morning was packed so I missed doing my 1 Minute HIIT. Some friends provided a very big meal today (delicious pasta) … I'm so full and I checked the scale and I've gained a lot of weight. I need to get serious about weight loss again, as I have gained back a lot of the weight I lost over COVID. The stress of my dissertation and new job means I stopped paying attention as much. It's hard but I want to try again!

                                Woke up too early so I decided to make the best of it and did a slow easy run.

                                I have done some thinking. I really like Darebee, but I am following so many people now and I get distracted by it. I think I'm going to post here less frequently and not try as hard to see all posts from everyone I follow, just to keep my sanity. Everyone here is so cool and I want to follow everyone but I only have so much time and it's probably best spent actually going out and working out I'm not abandoning Darebee or anything but I will lurking the forums less often, and more just posting on this thread.
