            Gandhalfit 1 Minute HIIT is good! I'm doing only at level 1 so that makes it a good bit easier. Since I am waiting to hear back from my landlord on some things setting up my new workout space, so I'm doing things a bit lighter (though there may be a gym I can go to at work so I'll try that tomorrow)
            Made it to 10000 steps again today, so that officially on my Fitbit app is a 7 day streak, which is actually the first time I've done that since the pandemic started. Woo!

                  I accessed my work's gym today. I haven't done weightlifting in so long. I used to be able to squat 205lbs (95kg) but that has gone down significantly.
