                                Woohoo! I finished Ten I really liked the program, as I said yesterday. I am in a big transition period so having something I could rely on and know exactly how long it would take was really helpful. There was a good mix of exercises so it is a good overall fitness program. Would recommend it to people in a hurry who want to stay fit. As Anek recommended, I will try 1-Minute HIIT next, since it seems to follow a similar philosophy (though it has more rest than Ten did). Have a good weekend Bees!
