                Age of Pandora is finished! I wasn't sure if there was going to be an extra workout at the end but today was the last day.
                There were 100 squats each set, with 5 sets, making 500 squats total this morning. My legs were jelly by the end
                Overall the program was good and what I needed with its flexibility and the ability to do 'side quests'. The story aspect was interesting, but I think this would have been a lot more fun if you were to do something like this in an actual setting, where each point on the map were an actual place and to do the quests you had to run to those positions to do the tasks. But that would be a very elaborate set up. For some of the workouts the rep counts got kind of high (me doing level 2 and all), so I also imagine it would have been good to have a friend around to make sure I wasn't getting lazy with my form (which I'm pretty sure I did sometimes).

                Tomorrow I'm going to try a short walk/run and then decide what to do after that.

                              Did a short run today. I am feeling better in my knees which is great! But I don't want to push it so I won't be running too fast for a while. I'll be doing strength training again tomorrow! Likely an abridged version of the full routine but still it'll be nice to get back into that workout after so long. I've likely lost a lot of strength!
