I did an abbreviated routine today as I got up late and haven't done this routine in a while. Things seem to have gotten better in some ways! Though I realized from watching a form video that I've been doing Pseudo-planche push-ups wrong and not leaning forward enough - this isn't super surprising but this just means I have to find ways to make myself honest and getting a board and having to touch the top of my head to it while I go up and down is one way of doing that. Tomorrow is a run day so I'll be running a shorter distance again and building up, since my physical therapist said I had to work on my form on my last session last week.
