    Finished Boxer challenge! As I was looking in the mirror while doing punches - as I often do to monitor my technique - I was surprised by my own movements. These weren’t the fast and strong punches of a heroic boxer on her final challenge day, but rather movements with a special slowmotion quality 🤨, not at all in line with the energy I was giving.

    So, I’ll try some extra rest and sleep then.

    Otherwise and above all: feels good to resume my exercise routine again.

                  Not to ask for congratulations again 😳 ... but today I finished Spartan challenge 😄!
                  About a month ago I started five programs, so now they’re all coming to an end around the same week.

                  The five minutes elbow plank seemed to last forever on this last day. After two minutes my mind started producing good reasons to come out of that plank position. Luckily, I had just completed the workout of the day - with it’s compelling title ‘Never give up’ 😬 - so I knew stopping wasn’t an option.

                              I’m still not recovered from the cold that started 1,5 week ago. Since, doing exercises at home feels actually hard. Luckily, doing sports outside comes more easy. So I try to fuel myself this week with a daily motivational portion of ‘Moving Around Outside‘, mostly hiking, cycling or swimming.

                              Today I’ve started Avatar Upgrade. I took it easy completing 4/7 sets - instead of doing level III as I‘m used to with the other programs.

                              I like the set up of Avatar Upgrade with it’s points system and systematic additional exercises (the gravity part). It’s different from most programs and I guess I long for something new.
