    1.4 Mile walk (Avg Pace 19:01)

    Gotta get back on track. Started Square One Day 1. Did Level 2. Also did the Daily Dare and got the extra credit. Weight this morning was 234.8.
    My short term goal is to 230

      Square One Day 2 Level 2. Daily Dare. Hope to get out and walk tomorrow. Maybe a pre-thanksgiving dinner hike. No Change in Weight. Also doing the salad a day challenge. Had the chicken Salad posted in the recipes here. Man Yogurt and mustard never thought that would taste good but it was yummy.

        Walked 1.58 Miles. Avg Pace 20:35
        Square One Day 3 Level I. Would do level 2 or 3 but have to run over to families for Thanksgiving. Will do it again tonight if not in a food coma. Lord gove me the strength to eat more meat and veggies than stuffing. That will be the ultimate test in will power for me lol

          Wasn't feeling good yesterday so I didn't do anything. Gonna do double today. Made up for yesterday by walking 1.39 miles and doing level 2 of square one day 4. I Will do another walk later this afternoon along with day 5 of square one and that will get me back on track.
