            Knee's still wonky, so I decided (reluctantly) to skip on everything with impact today and did almost nothing aside from jumping jacks in the morning and HIIT (switched the days around to have abs day today). I also restarted the Power Grip Challenge, because after taking up the bass today I realised I need more grip strength.

            So my status update looks like this:

            Today I did:
            - Good Morning, World Day 6
            - 60 Days of HIIT Day 11 on Level 1
            - Power Grip Day 1

            Not much, but I guess it has to suffice. Hope tomorrow will be better.

                      I just wanted to make a quick post after not having posted in the last days to lower the threshold of inhibition to post for real again.
                      In a nutshell, my knee's all better again, I have done HIIT over the past days, some things in real life came up and I can hopefully start tomorrow again with working out for real, catching up on all your check-in threads and reviving my own again.

                      And thanks to guibo94 and Sunflower for your well wishes

                              Thanks, Chris Lee Bear, NancyTree (happy to see you again in my thread! ) and Amirsh (no problem, I wasn't posting the last week either, so you haven't missed anything )

                              Today was the first real workout day since last Saturday. Seems my knee is really better, but I'm still cautious. Sometimes it hurts a little when I'm doing nothing, but Reverse Lunges today went without a hitch, so I think I'm in the clear again.

                              The last days were a bit stressful, my husband had problems with his jaw, which caused him major anxiety, which in turn makes me anxious, too. Thanks to his horrible teeth genetics that have already costed him two teeth (despite having incredible dental hygiene) he gets real panicky whenever something's happening in his mouth. We still don't know what the problem is, whether it's the jaw or maybe even the sinuses because we couldn't get an appointment at the right doctors, so we just hope for the best and try again next week (at least he's not in pain).

                              On the good side, I have written a lot (and started a third story yesterday, because apparently I'm a delusional megalomaniac), practised more playing the bass than ever before in my life and kept up with Mandarin. So, all in all very productive. I have to plan my days even stricter from tomorrow on, because one of my all-time favourite games, Terraria, got its (probably) last content update today and I have to make time to get one or two hours of playtime in. Or maybe more, depending on how it works out.

                              All in all, I had a great day today and am pretty pleased with my work out. So here's my latest status update:

                              Today I did:
                              - Good Morning, World Day 1
                              - 1 Minute Cardio Day 1
                              - Wall Push-Ups Day 1
                              - Power Walk Day 1
                              - 30 Days of HIIT Day 10 (I'm not really on day 10 but on day 16, but because of my knee I've switched the high impact days for plank and abs days and am now doing those high impact days)
                              - 60 Days of Cardio Day 39 on Level 3
                              - Power Grip Day 1

                              I've restarted all my challenges because I wasn't one week into none of them.

                                If you like writing just write, your not a megalomaniac for doing it, it's not hurting anyone.
                                Other than that you seem to be doing okay, so that's great
