    Ura's darebee log

Hi guys, just wanted to hop on here to exchange some thoughts and share my experiences with the cardio-trim program.
Can't remember doing 9 consecutive days of training before in my life, day 9 was cool and a bit easier than usual because of only one set in Part 2.
I do have some mild soreness on my abs, but nothing that will stop me.
It's amazing how the programm is designed to only induce light soreness and then work a different muscle group the next day so the sore muscle can actively recover.
Anyways, I'll keep you guys updated and feel free to toss me your beginners advice and some dieting tips if you happen to have some spare.

A few days later and the ab sore is 100% gone. great.
I generally don't feel too good lately but the workouts give me something to end the day on a good note.
Luckily, I don't have problems sticking to my daily workouts, as I actually really enjoy them and don't even feel the urge to procrastinate much.
I train in the evening before showering and going to bed at ~9pm so depending on how you see it I actually procrastinate all day.
But since thats planned procrastination wouldn't be a good term for that.
Still have struggles with so many high knees and the Circuit Prime part in general, but it's managable.
Looking forward to todays workout where its just 300 high knees.
I think I'll go for the achievements and just do 350 in one go, as thats actually not much harder than the circuit prime thing from yesterday.
Gotta look for the reasons I'm so low on energy mostly all day and gotta work on my issues with concentration that got a bit worse the last few days.
Whatever, personal growth is a journey after all and I can at least be proud to be on it.
Hopes you guys don't mind getting some insight on my personal life.
    I'll do my workout now.

    P.S: that mouse is awesome

Has been a little while since I posted an update.
I am on day 20 today and my body is definitely adapting and improving.
I also had a little cold between my last post and 2 days ago, but I was well able to train through it and am healthy again.
Still exploring my options for a followup program to this and I know that I will do Carbon and Dust after my next one.
I dont feel like I could handle Carbon and Dust with my current fitness level, but I really like science fiction and the concept.
Even bought the paperback, wich suprised me with its thickness, but that lets me hope for a good story.
I narrowed my next program down to either Fighters Codex, Spartan Trials or Power Up.
Anyways, it has been a good journey so far and I will update you guys along the way.
Btw, I set my day30 reward to be a big Burger King Menu with Ice cream and everything.
Dont eat fastfood often and havent since I started this programm, but I do like the taste so I will reward myself after the first 30 days.
Ima go for the jumping jacks now.

        Hi guys.
Im still going strong on cardio trim, however today will be one of the harder days, as I am medium sore on my legs and abs as well as my forearms.
My next program will be Fighters Codex, its pretty low impact too and I think I will enjoy the combat moves, as I have a background in Martial Arts.
I cant complain about my health right now, my day was pretty good today as well.
looking forward to my Burger King trip next Tuesday.
Lets hope the soreness gets better as it usually does.
        Stay healthy guys

          Hi guys,
I haven't come around to check back in lately, but here I am.
I'm done with cardio trim and got myself 20 chicken nuggets at my local burgerking as reward.
Now I'm doing fighters codex and am doing fine.
But I am a bit annoyed by all the backfists, there are way to many of those.
Also I had to quit yesterdays workout early, because I injured myself during the hook kicks in the 4th set. I mean its just one set less, but still feels bad.
My back is recovering quite fast and with today being a balance focused day I see no reason to go on any break.
I'll make sure to check back in somewhere next week.

            So, I slacked a little.
            And don't like Fighters Codex.
So I took a few days off training and let my body fully recover.
Starting training again today with the flexibility week day 1.
I think I'll do some more of those themed weeks, as they give me a good balance between the low commitment of a single workout and the structure of a program.
I might have taken a step back by not working out for like 4 days, but if anything thats more of a reason to work out today.

I'm writing this on my phone, sry If this is shorter than my usual updates. I decreased my commitment even further after slacking in the flexibility week and only did the daily dares for the past week.
However I will take the new month as an opportunity to start proper exercise again.
I'm doing the pushup master challenge (will do that mostly in the morning) the back&core program (2stars so that I don't get any additional soreness because of overlapping programs) and the 60 Days of cardio (also 2stars, will test this one first, not sure if I'll like it)

That should keep me occupied but not take up too much time in my days.
I'll also orient myself on the modern hero mealplan, which might make the experience more enjoyable and even more healthy.
Health is my primary incentive in sports btw.

Anyways, I typed way more than I thought I ever would on a phone. I'll check back in one or two weeks

Hello, I'm back with another update.
We recently got corona holidays here in germany, so I have plenty of time to check back here.
Shortly after the last post I got sick with a regular flu, that still sticks with me a bit, tho the symptoms are fine right now.
I was able to do most of the Days in the 60 Days of cardio program without any rest between sets, and even then it wasn't really challenging.
I love the pushup master challenge and always do it as one of the first things in the morning.
As for the back and core program, I like it, but I had to skip it a few times due to my sickness.
Moving forward, I'm dropping the 60 Days of cardio, continuing the back and core program and continuing the pushup master challenge.
I'll have plenty of time to look for my next proper program and I'll propably go with a 4 star one this time with maybe a 3 star core addon programm.

See ya soon and stay healthy,
                Ura

So Pushup Master is done and Back and Core only has a couple of days left.
I'll do 2 today and 2 tomorrow so I have this marked as complete already.
Next month will be Vitality + Strength Protocol.
As a note to myself, when starting Vitality I already had 30days of consecutive exercise (a bit more but I'll round down to be on the safe side).
As I started vitality 2 days ago, I should have the 60days badge in late april.
This one was short, but I think I'll go towards more of a notetaking approach to this check-in thread

I have been slacking a bit throughout April. Wich is fine, but also a small setback that I feel guilty about.
I will get into it with some running and if that doesnt suit me I'll just continue my strength training.
I made good progress with pullups, however I feel like I lost a bit of strength since completing the pushup master challenge.
Whatever, I'll go for a run now

Well, finals over and stuff. I was ill for a while and want to start training for recovery now. This means going at a slower pace and not challenging myself too much. I'll do the vitality programm
