- Day 30 Fit December It's funny to be on a day 30 but not the end of the Programme!
Medito - Day 6 of Deepen your Practice.
Workout with Marcy. Just a brief one today - trying to wean myself off.
Some front presses, and a bit of pulling of the lower pulley, such as I would with resistance bands at different heights and angles.
30 Day 100 rep leg challenge, Day 2. Still walking, which is good.
Blocks - all 5, 10x es, alternating.
Spot of working in the garden today. It's heating up out there, and the weeds are totally thriving.But I picked some berries.
I reckon they always taste better from your own garden, even if your hands end up making you look like you're a serial killer.

- Day 29 Fit December
Medito - Day 5 of Deepen your Practice.
Workout with Marcy. Mixed it up a bit today. Some upperbody (because I really like those lat pull-downs!), some lower body (leg extensions), and, for something completely different, oblique side bends, pulling the lower cable. My machine didn't come with a D-handle, so I just pulled on the ball at the end of the cable. Not the most comfortable thing and a bit dodgy when it came to letting go. Then I thought about the handles on my bands. Clipped one on - much better!
30 Day 100 rep leg challenge, Day 1. I had been saving this to start in the New Year, but then I thought, why bother? I wanted to start it now and there was really no reason not to, so I did. Ooh, I'm gonna feel this tomorrow!
Took my mind off it though by watching some TWD while doing it. Distraction can be good.

- Day 28 Fit December
Medito - Day 4 of Deepen your Practice.
Workout with Marcy. Upperbody (3 sets of 12). I had to loosen the bolts holding the butterfly handles. I had a go at pectoral flyes yesterday but the bolts were too tight and the movement was uneven, but today I retrieved my spanners et voila! It's hard, though, moving those handles evenly. Definitely something to work on. So today's workout included seated bench press, pectoral flyes and wide lat pull-downs (of which I am becoming rather enamoured). This infatuation with Marcy will soon, I hope, end, and I can get back to normal stuff, and just visit her from time to time. But she is awfully addictive and it is so tempting to do more than I probably should... Anyway, for a little bit of time, I don't think it'll hurt.

Medito - Day 3 of Deepen your Practice.
Workout with Marcy. Upperbody. Been spending a bit of time looking up correct technique before doing anything. Be pretty silly to injure myself or simply do things incorrectly, given how much information there is out here now. So we're starting off slowly. It's very interesting how a machine really isolates the muscles that you're working on...
Cooler today, about 10 degrees drop from Christmas Day! But it'll warm up again. After all, this is summer. Hope it will be absolutely nothing like the 2019/20 summer!!

CaptainCanuck According to the pretty graphics on the back plate, you can do Seated Bench Press, Pectoral Fly, Tricep Push-Downs, Seated Bicep Curls (a.k.a. preacher curls), Standing Bicep Curls, High Pulley Ab Crunch, Oblique Side Bend, Leg Curl, Outer Leg kick (abduction), Leg kick back (extension, and if you turn the other way around, flexion), Inner Thigh Leg Cross (adduction), Leg Extension, Upright Row, and Front Deltoid Raise. Should keep me out of mischief for a while.
