    - Day 5 Ten I know I was going to dump with one because of the New Shiny, but I just couldn't. Besides, today was really easy. Don't think tomorrow will be, though...
    - Day 14 Total Abs
    - Day 1 Pathfinder+ I hadn't noticed yesterday that there was a + version. I took the warning to heart and decided to find only three survivors. Let the others fend for themselves - this isn't Hero's Journey!
    ​​​​​​​ Challenges:
    - Day 1 Touch Your Toes
    - Day 1 De-stress
    - Day 1 Daily Push-ups
    I like to do the monthly challenge and I thought hard about whether or not to do the squats, and finally I came down to a no. Right now, I don't see that doing a lot of squats (which I, with my teeny tiny boredom meter, would find dull) would do me much good. On the other hand, re-doing these three challenges would. There were others I could have done (or re-done) but I think at this moment in time, these are best for me. I added the push-ups because I, alas, do not have CaptainCanuck 's dedication, and need some sort of reminder to do push-ups, now that I can't go to training.
    ​​​​​​​​ Workout:
    - V Cut Day 3 of Yoga Week ​​
    Hamstring Protocol. Saw the physio this afternoon and he graduated me to Exercises Group 3 of the Protocol. This means that, in addition to the 8 exercises I had been doing (actually, with the exception of one of them), I have more to do. Now I do 13 exercises. Some have been ramped up from moderate intensity to high, and the balance hold is now on an unstable base. There are also leg swings, split squats (or reverse lunges), weighted step-ups, and weighted straight-leg deadlifts. It is quite a workout, and takes over 30 minutes now.

    - Day 4 Ten Totally abs day! No way was I going to be doing the WOD too!!
    - Day 13 Total Abs
    ​​​​​​​​ Challenge:
    - day 0 - waiting for tomorrow. Hmm, squats... Don't know, I'll have to think about that.
    ​​​​ Workout:
    - Expanse Day 2 of Yoga Week "Challenges the core" it says. Oh yeah, my core has been SO challenged today! Gonna feel it tomorrow. ​​
    ​​ Walk for an hour. The last few days has been grey and chilly (we didn't even get up to 10 degrees on Sunday!), and one was a bit dribbly. Today was warmer and drier, and I believe tomorrow is supposed to be about 23 degrees!! Anyway, the mud puddle was right across the track (which is quite wide at that point), and at other places, the track was quite slick with black slippery mud.

    This part is actually in an open area so it was easy to go around the mud, unlike the parts through the bush.

    I should have waited, I know I should have waited, but I started Ten once I had finished Pandora because I had to do something, not focussing on the fact that there were not 30 days between then and now, and what with Pathfinder out now, well, it looks as though Ten might not get finished. After all, can't have two programmes (not including Add Ons) running concurrently, can I? So... I guess Pandora put me in the mood for RPGs.

    And the lockdown has been extended two more weeks, so that takes us to the end of the school term. Looks like Grading will be online again. Good thing I don't need to grade this term; my next belt will be black and grading for black belts is only in the fourth term. My club had put all the syllabus online last year, so that's all set, and they are looking at getting a live session happening some time. My daughter looks like to be making fudge this Friday.

    - Solid Base Day 1 of Yoga Week I have no excuse: it said not suitable for beginners but I did it anyway! Wow!! Okay, balance not the best in the fourth one, but there was a handy chair nearby... Anyway, you never get better at something if you don't push yourself a little, right? It was time I did another "week" and Girl Power Week just scares me!

    - Day 2 Ten I'm not supposed to be doing lunges yet and I couldn't think of an appropriate substitute so I just didn't do the lunges. I don't suppose there will be a major catastrophe just because I didn't lunge today!
    - Day 11 Total Abs Today, this didn't feel like an Add-On programme!
    ​​​​​​​​​​​​ Challenge:
    - day 29 Re-center
    Exercise bike - 30 minutes. I did a Zombies, Run! episode. It was a 10km run but I did a 9 mile (14.5km) bike ride instead. Funny thing was, I'd removed the most commonly played songs from my playlist and added new ones, and yet most of the songs I got to hear were the old ones, and the ones that had also been often played (but I liked more so I kept them) I swear my phone has favourites!
    Stance drill. Only a couple of minutes of L-stance ->long stance->horse stance, but even a couple of minutes is better than it has been recently!
