        Challenges:
        1000 Push-ups (day 19)
        Calves of Steel (day 19)
        Iron Core (day 19)
        Walking to Running - not today
        Chair Rows (day 10)
        Bruce Lee (day 8)

        Just for fun, I've decided to do the Knight Training Plan for the next four weeks. Started with my first strength workout today - Epic Quest

        Programme:
        day 1 Vitality Did this at level 1 because I'm using it as a warm-up for other things.
        day 1 Zero Hero Did the High Knees rather than the March Steps.

        Also did my first follow-along workout - a stretching workout on FitOn. That was fun. I'd not done one before, and it was almost like being in class. I'll do more FitOn workouts for sure!
        I even did 10 burpees today- voluntarily! Well, I needed Weapons for my target practice - sniping at zombies! Ah, the fun you can get from doing challenges on Habitica!
        Had the usual 5km walk up the Hill. For some reason, it seemed steeper than yesterday...

        DD with EC (#98). Total DD = 99.

          I like these as a substitute for my gym class time. Glad to see you can utilize this option!😎As long as there is internet, it’s great. The other day, when we had no internet I was sorta lost, though. Relieved that I had an Eliptical and Darebee doesn’t need any more than a data signal to be useful!😂

              DorothyMH FitOn is an app. I only do the free version but even so there's loads of stuff there. You can set a training goal and they select the workouts for you, or you can just choose what you want to do. The one I did yesterday was a stretching one and it took about 25 minutes. The next one I have (I have chosen to do 2 a week) is a strength one using dumbbells. I haven't used this app much but so far I'm fairly impressed.

                Challenges:
                1000 Push-ups - nope
                Calves of Steel - not today
                Iron Core - nothing to see here
                Walking to Running - uh-uh
                Chair Rows (day 11) 10 - 9 - 8 Oh wow! You mean I actually did something today?!
                Bruce Lee - well, it was kind of day 8.2, seeing as I did 100 of the 220 kicks, none of the 220 punches, and 30 of the 40 push-ups. Some days are just like that!

                Programmes:
                day 2 Vitality
                day 2 Zero Hero

                So what happened today? Did I sleep in? Was I unwell? Had a meteorite landed on my house? Nope, nope, and nope. I was just busy. Now that my baking kitchen has been finished, I've been dragging stuff out from storage and trying to fit things in neatly. I imagine there will be a lot of reshuffling once I've got all the stuff in there. It's been lovely, seeing things that I hadn't seen for ages! Now, where are my baguette trays...?
