Day 715
Programme:
- Day 26 Fit December
Medito - Day 2 of Deepen your Practice.
Spent another hour this morning completing construction (so about 6 hours all up, and my younger daughter assisted or else it would have taken longer!). I've been working (again) on my goals and what I think I need to do in order to achieve them. To this end, right now, I want to focus on bodyweight exercises, not even fun things like kettlebells (though there is a new workout...) and suchlike. And, of course, doing loads of specific drills. And then... Then comes the most truly unexpected Christmas present. 😲 May I introduce [drum roll please]...

Isn't she lovely? Now, I've never used this sort of machine so it's a whole new thing for me, but I've found I can do lots of hamstring exercises using the cable at the bottom rather than the motley collection of therabands tied to the balance beam (you can just see them all puddled on the floor), so that's cool. I'll probably play with other things too because I don't want to appear ungracious.So Marcy and I played a little together today, just getting to know each other.

Spent over five hours today building something. Big reveal tomorrow!
