            - bent over rows (15,/12 24 kg)
            - upright rows (12/10, 16 kg)
            - squat/reverse lunge left+right (5/4, 16 kg)
            - deadlifts (12/12, 24 kg)
            - 1 minute swings (24 kg)

            * 330 swings
