                  Are there any reasons pro/ contra for having a recovery day!? Thought (again) about that yesterday. Will have to search in the hive...

                    There are only pros for recovery days, if they are not an excuse to get lazy, but an easy day of walking/stretching/cozy yoga routines/swimming... is good to refuel the engines and prepare for the next days and let the body "guess what?."... yes...right... recover!
