    I think yoga is great for improving awareness, even bodily
    I also experienced something like this in meditation sessions (zazen) but in yoga the physical benefits are greater

        Today's DD, EC, right in line with this weekend

        Weekend with Spyros, day 2:

        Sun salutation (no handstand, at least L1 each time but for as long as I wanted to)

        Expanse, L2
        Ergh...planking.

        Rearward, L3
        Am I doing exercise or imitating a fish on land?

        Sun salutation

        Power Core, L1
        Even at L1 this kills me, the sweat from so much boating.

        The Fold, L3
        Striving to get just a little more bendy...

        Yoga week:
        This feels like a cheat. I use some of these regularly.
        V-cut and Solid base feel like punishment at the time, but you know you will be better off for having done them.
        It was great to have a go at Rearward, am still trying to decide if I want it on rotation. Expanse and Dynamic plank are just thinly veiled excuses to get you to plank longer. Ground control however is almost fun and The fold is a great opportunity to try and get just a little bit further!

            I would rate Expanse, maintaining plank at L2, at 35 burpees TopNotch ...important you know my exchange rate for future dealings

              Done! Io6 Be aware that in 6 days, Totals makes me do 100 basic burpees! I loved today - it was all sit-ups. I lurve ab work!!

                    24th February

                    Today's DD, EC - more than just a bit rubbish at these this morning!

                    Shoulder stretches
                    Talk to the hand
                    C_Dead hang_22, tick

                    10 burpees then Outcast feeling like a giant frog.

                    Hold your horses: horse stance, smooth slow low lunge transitions, slow squat transitions up-down.
                    Difficult keeping my head in the right spot so ended with a wall sit. Keep the burn, but mentally easier.

                    Inner warrior , kids doing yoga in their pjs are pretty awesome.

                        Today's DD, EC, this was a nice one.

                        Was sick yesterday and am still feeling more than just a little bit rubbish today so all exercises will be in the form of bribes...so no jumping jacks or springing around exercises.

                        Shoulder stretches
                        Talk to the hand
                        C_Dead hang_24, done as a 50, 40

                        Super squat_ no jump squats

                        Build to plow, controlled shoulder work and stance holds.

                        Better sleep yoga...not asleep.

                                Ha! Worst case scenario TopNotch is I do your burpees basic instead of full ...I got all day to do it!
