    Only minor stiffness from last night. Joints all speaking to me despite a heavy work out.
    My core is my superpower.

    Today's DD, EC, enjoyed those so did Core builder next.

      Today's DD, EC with punches then threw in 100 climbers to make it feel like a warm up.

      C_Dead hang_14. I've decided hanging 90% mental. Hands are still holding up well and my shoulder is not complaining.

      TW_Farpoint, I've been waiting for this one. Love Farpoint, passive stretching is where my brain goes into meditation mode.
      Better than sleeping in for an extra half-a.

          Today's DD, EC I didn't know these were called ninja lunges. Whatever the name this one is an old friend, so was nice to start the day by sliding my tired muscles across the transition.

          TW_Bowman- increased range motion, that's what we want! My partner and son were up during this one so I was molested at regular intervals and muddy prints were tracked all over my mat.
          Then again seeing someone holding a legs apart stretch for a minute is a lot of temptation to jump on them.

            Today's DD, EC

            TW_Liber8, only took 19min and the kicks have really loosened up my hips. My kids tearing around during this did add an extra element of challenge.

                C_Dead hang_18, keep starting to slip at 50-55s mark. Hung for an extra 50 mucking with gloves. Will try so tape next.

                  Training last night was hard, my body is a bit beaten. Good thing today was a short hang.

                    C_Dead hang_20, well that was a whole heap of fail! My hands just laughed at me and wouldn't stay locked for more than 30s. I hung for about 1:20 by dropping off and getting right back on again.

                    Knocked down: Fall, triangle, stand in base...rinse repeat.

                      Today's DD , EC x2 (80 in a row, I considered doing 40 of a more difficult bridge but my brain is still asleep).

                      The hang challenge is on hold because my remaining sore hand joint is looking a little swollen. Am still doing the stretches:

                      Rock and roll: Bridges, Teeter totters, rolls
                      All the bridges, morphing them into shoulders to hip bump practice. Rolls on hard floors suck. My mat is only a yoga mat.

                        Today's DD, EC nothing like star jumps (yeah jumping Ts but they're all just variations on a theme) to get your heart started.

                        Weekend with Spyros:
                        Sun salutation (no handstand for as long as I wanted to keep doing them)

                        Dynamic plank, L2,
                        ​​
                        One continuous plank with window dressing, hard on the wrists today.

                        Ground control, L3
                        This is just a pain in the glutes

                        Like an island, so nice.

                        V-cut, L1
                        FYI: My least favourite exercise is a tie between star jumps (aka jumping jacks) and the boat hold flutter kick.

                        Because every exercise can be made that much better by pulsing. Apparently just getting through this is an EC!

                                Fremen , this conditioning style of yoga gives me a huge boost in sparring. Grip and explosive movement are good but the majority comes from physical awareness and controlled positioning.
                                Also, I feel like it's realigning everything, smoothing out kinks and weak spots and strengthening my foundation.
                                Like a physical reset button!
