    I generally look at the values in the EC to get an idea where fatigue should be. It doesn't usually say in the programs but for workouts the numbers are usually around 20 for most exercises, around 10 for more difficult exercises and 5 for stuff that is really tough. Though one pullup bar workout has EC at 10 pullups per set for three sets. Not sure how many people in the Hive can do three sets of 10, but not many, and I am not one of them. Anyway if I don't want to burn myself out completely then I just go with that, because if it is enough to get the testers tired then it should be good for me too.

      With my test audience CaptainCanuck I think we might just be doing sets of 10! My mistake was introducing the concept of 'fatigue' in the first place

        Pathfinder chapter 4, yeah, so best laid plans. We started trying the 'to fatigue' section as sets of 10 but my daughter's knee push ups were a no. So for her second set she ended up doing wall push ups to fatigue and my son did 3 wall handstand push ups before he lost form and I pulled the plug on him. Then he just held firefly pose and watched his sister...because children. For the third set my son did 10 single leg push ups and my daughter did 3 knee push ups.
        I'm really proud of how well she held form once she got the concept.
        Pathfinder chapter 5, we did the march steps as march step or dance break options throughout the day (across 5 songs).

                        I had more meetings than was reasonable today. I also confirmed that I am at a place in my career where I can make up a word in a meeting and nobody is going to pull me up on it, instead they will tell me I've made an excellent point

                        I finished way to late to Pathfind with the kids...tomorrow!

                          Pathfinder chapter 10, we dug out the shelter. Mostly just me and my daughter for this chapter as my son was buggering around.
                          Pathfinder chapter 11, March steps. They're the injured cousin of high knees. So slow, still, could get all Ministry of Silly Walks with the kids.

                            Made the mistake of talking skipping with a boxer today...shade was thrown at my skipping technique (fair- it's solid but pretty basic) and general fitness (I'm not serious but I do alright)...if you talk skipping with boxers be prepared to cop it One day I'll be able to skip pretty too

                            Pathfinder chapter 12, the kids were disappointed they didn't get to see the photos. So, we made up what each disaster could be: broken settlements, deep ravines breaking the path, rock slides, a giant bat and a Hydra breaking out of the earth. The last two aren't part of the story yet but the kids are hopeful that they'll be introduced any chapter now!

                              Nah the best way to skip is just to pick up a thai rope and jump as fast as possible while trying not to destroy your toes, technique be damned

                                I've seen the Muay Thai guys using both weighted and speed ropes although I assume you mean the weighted ones. Skipping is a shoes activity whenever I have a choice in the matter!
                                I tend to like a Fartlek approach TheGrayLynx , keeps my mind in it.
