      28th June

      Today was a day for core strength, a day when too much side plank is never enough! (~20min)

      Then the kids decided they wanted to work on their abs ("I want a 6, 8, 20 pack!!"). So we did some sets of high crunches, reverse crunches and sit up punches. (~5min).
      Yoga and stretching (~10min).

                          Well that was a great out pouring of welcome! Nice to see you guys too!

                          Just a quicky today.

                          Power Bolt- been doing this one so much recently. Easy to get moving, fast, zone out type workout. Perfect if you don’t wanna!

                            12th August

                            Today was all with the kids.

                            We did 13 exercises of their choice as a circuit:
                            1. Arm circles
                            2. Crunches
                            3. Frog jumps
                            4. High knees
                            5. Flossing
                            6. Inch worms
                            7. Lunges
                            8. Knee to stand
                            9. Lateral jumps
                            10. Long jumps
                            11. Star jumps
                            12. Climbers
                            13. High crunches

                            We played some jits games, I still reign at dirty feet
                            Then took them through some punching drills.
                            After we had a run in the park.
