              Skipping, there is a firm division along skipping or 'jump rope' lines. I'm enjoying calling it skipping even more now.

                      100 in a block is a bit off TopNotch , today's 75 was ok but not something I'm planning to do regularly. So we can chat for a bit longer...hey, you might crack 100 first!

                                Afternoon:
                                My parents were over this afternoon so apparently that means exercise.
                                My dad is a runner and is really good at pistol squats so was giving me tips on those (5 each leg and I need to work harder on my hamstrings).
                                Mum was checking my push ups (25 and my hands need to be lower) and pull ups (only 5 neutral-grip, she likes to make sure I'm not forgetting to engage my back).
