      Ate all the food yesterday. Not a huge amount of chocolate but I have a weakness for Colomba.

      The Squat Patrol: Week 16 @ 72 squats (I'm taking this as a minimum) per day. 140 weighted squats from Combat medic today.

          Yesterday's DD, 50 forward lunges done as walking lunges, EC

          The Squat Patrol: Week 16 @ 72 squats (I'm taking this as a minimum) per day. Done as hindu squats.

          C_Impact_15: 60 jump knee-tucks... I've got 70, 80 and 100 of these guys to come. This is going to suck!

                    17th April

                    Well today was a complete write off!
                    Apparently working from home while looking after your kids and getting them through a list of tasks set by their school works out to a 12 hour day...then you get to do the dinner and bed-time routine.

                    Enough of my drama, this is what I managed:

                    Yesterday's DD, did 100...I guess that's EC.

                    The Squat Patrol: Week 16 @ 72 squats (I'm taking this as a minimum) per day.
                    75 jump squats

                    Then 3x 5-10min (aka 2 or 3 songs worth) sessions of freestyle yoga.

                    The weekend will be better but might need to stick with quick bites of exercise I can squeeze around drama.

                      18th April

                      Yesterday's DD, 5min raised arm hold, EC...hard!

                      The Squat Patrol: Week 16 @ 72 squats (I'm taking this as a minimum) per day.
                      67 left for this week the family insisted we do 100 step up squats.

                      Small bites:
                      Day 1
                      C_1 minute cardio: did the star jumps then the kids wanted 1 min of basic burpees with star jumps.
                      C_1 minute plank
                      C_30 day office: did 2:30 tricept and 2:30 wall sit
                      C_pullup: I did my pull-ups the family is split and mostly did 3 chin ups.
                      C_yoga: the kids weren't happy with just one pose so we did day 2 as well.

                      1 min crow hold

                      Inner strength + freestyle

                        Played bjj with the kids then in the interests of bedtime dragged the whole family through Boxer L1 no rest, followed by Better sleep dragged out to last ~10min. Not my favourite flow but it ends in corpse which was the important part!

                            19th April

                            Yesterday's DD, 40 raised leg circles, EC.

                            The Squat Patrol: Week 17 @ 76 squats per day starts tomorrow so I'm taking today as a free day to work on a weak area...pistol squats!
                            Did 20 but these were a bit of a cheat because I need to do them near a wall for balance (#20 was done twice since a child crawled under my leg and got a sore tummy).

                            Small bites:
                            Day 2
                            P_Epic 5: did Days 1 & 2 done with kids, as hazardous as you’d expect! Done at Epic.
                            C_1 minute cardio
                            C_1 minute plank
                            C_30 day office: 1 min tricep dip hold
                            C_pullup: done as 1 set of 30 butterfly crunches
                            C_yoga: 1min each side

                              Did bedtime workout again tonight, my partner requested something easier.
                              Went with another HIIT style job 30sec blocks of bouncing, knee raises and elbow strikes with a dodging squat at each beep x3.
                              We finished with Everyday yoga holding for 30sec and finishing in corpse.
                              My partner talked us through the flow and really showed how it's done...coming from a yoga teaching family showing its pedigree!
