I was very ambitious and did the first round at Level 3, scaled down to Level 2 for the second round, but had to go down to Level 1 for the third. Got it done though!

Oh man a good night sleep makes a huge difference! I feel better than I have in awhile and had enough energy to do a fair amount of housework, which was most of my 10000 steps today. I'm actually looking forward to sleeping instead of worrying about it. Feet are feeling good, just have to make a change in the lacing of my sandals, but I'm also at the point where I can start running with a program I think, bc 1000 yards was a little tough!
