      hoo boy my shoulders are gonna be sore tomorrow! I liked this workout overall though.

      90 Day of Action Day 20 - Stretching Level III
      Felt amazing after the Clean Sweep.

      30 Days of Fitness: 20/30
      Get to Bed on Time: 0/30
      I may have to shift my bedtime. 2200 is just too early a target for me to hit consistently. That said, I'm about 5 mins away from face-planting into my pillow.

        Assassin Training: W3D7 Rest/Casual
        Zombies, Run! 5k Training - Week 3 Training 3
        4.75km in 43:05. 09:04m/km
        Not my best and not my worst. Didn't feel so good today. Legs have been deathly sore all day and I've been beyond exhausted. Did not sleep well on the makeshift bed setup last night, so that may be part of it, but I really feel like I emptied the tank on this one.

        90 Day of Action Day 21 - Abs and Core Level I
        Could hardly get through this. Also my shoulders hurt and gave out way faster than my abs. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong?

        Get to Bed on Time: 0/30
        New bed tonight! New mattress that I just cannot wait to try out. I haven't been this excited to sleep since the first week after having my baby. Night, Bees!

          Enjoyed it. It's a good workout.

          Still sore from the other day. Sheesh. But I also did today's Daily Dare

          But today was N7 day so I stayed up a bit later to play some Mass Effect.

              Assassin Training: W4D2 Rest/Casual
              Zombies, Run! 5k Training - Week 4 Training 1
              5.61km in 49:44. 8:52m/km
              Oh dang! 15 straight minutes of jogging on this one, and it felt good. I may have been able to go another minute, but not much more, but it did feel good.


              90 Day of Action Day 23- Circuit Level I
              Took it a little easier with this one today because I wanted to make sure I got the most out of my run. Glad I did.

              30 Days of Fitness: 23/30
              Get to Bed on Time: 0/30 I think I'm gonna officially change this, starting Monday.

                Assassin Training W4D3 Combat - Revenge Level 1
                I think combat workouts are my favorite. Tough, tiring, and fun.

                90 Day of Action Day 24 - Cardio Level III
                Pretty happy with myself here. I love burpees and I wore myself out today.

                30 Days of Fitness: 24/30
                Get to Bed on Time: 0/30.
                0232 here, so this is a definite no. I got to play some board games at a game night, which I love but rarely get to do. Plus it was a friends bday!

                  I dunno if it was just last nights lack of sleep or what but I could barely lift my legs up on the last set. Settled for level 1 today but it really was all I could do.

                  90 Day of Action Day 25 - Tendon StrengthLevel I
                  I do not know what it is about these but they kick my ass more than most others. I just can’t keep my legs up. Surprisingly tough.

                  Get to Bed on Time - 2300: 1/30 - I've got this.
                  A much more manageable time for me.

                    Assassin Training W4D5 Rest/Casual
                    5k Week 4 Training 2 - 5.08km in 46:53. 9:13m/km
                    This was tougher than the first training. Probably lack of sleep. Starting to feel shin pain too, so I made sure to spend an extra long time on the yoga recovery.

                    90 Day of Action Day 26 - Challenge 70 Pushups throughout the day.
                    Perfect for my lack of energy today.

                    30 Days of Fitness: 12/30
                    I'm restarting this bc of the 2 days that I skipped a workout. It days say 30 straight days after all. it's been 12 days of straight workouts, so here we are.

                    Get to Bed on Time - 2300: 2/30 - Nice and cozy.
                    Going to bed so early tonight. Tagged team husband for baby duty and I'm gonna be in bed by 1900.

                    In happy news, the countertops got installed in our kitchen! After 2 months of kitchen exile and inability to cook, I will be back on track soon! I have missed it and my body has missed the healthier meals. Too tired to be excited though. Will be tomorrow.

                      Changing it up a bit today. I don't know if it's because of all the extra house and yard work I've been doing, or that running will always take a greater toll on my body than other exercises, but I've been feeling overly tired and starting to worry about over-training. In order not to burn out completely, I've dropped the Assassin training and added a few lower key challenges meant to help out my running, which is my primary focus at the moment.
                      Hoping this also means improved abilities in the 90 Days of Action program.

                      90 Day of Action Day 27 - Abs Level I
                      I am still terrible bad at planks. This was so hard.
                      Zombies, Run! 8-Week Couch to 5k - Week 4: Rest Day

                      Challenges
                      First Thing Water 1/30 - Picking up this habit from my mother-in-law who says "We Chinese believe warm water first thing in the morning is good for your health", so I don't see any reason not to give it a try.
                      Touch Your Toes in 30 Days
                      1/30 - Have read that tight hamstrings can hamper proper running technique and cause extra pain in the hips, which my body already has covered thanks to the sciatica.
                      Calves of Steel 1/30 - Strong calves are supposed to be good for running and help with decreased incidence of shin splints.
                      30 Days of Fitness 13/30
                      Get to Bed on Time - 2300: 3/30 - Bedtime it is. Not hard. Did so much yardwork today I could barely find the energy to get out of the shower. Almost fell asleep in there!

                                Similar to yesterday, I just didn't seem to have much energy for this. Feeling stiffness in my neck so perhaps I am also coming down with something. But lookit that I'm 1/3 of the way done!
                                Zombies, Run! 8-Week Couch to 5k - Rest Day - Starting a MWF regimen for this as it seems weekends are becoming impossible.

                                Back to a regular schedule tomorrow; looking forward to it being just me and my baby. Going to try and take things a bit easy. Today was kinda a train wreck and I'm just very over it. Between fatigue, progressing stiffness, sneezing, headaches, and other symptoms, I think my body is working through something. Hoping it goes away soon. Nothing big in the works until Thanksgiving with friends... though I can honestly say I'm not looking forward to it.
                                Ugh. Super negative today. Good place to end the night, I guess.
