            I'm stopping back and core. I keep falling off that wagon.
            Didn't do so great on today's run; definitely overdid it. I ran for the entire 5m of the first free-form run and then didn't have much energy left for the last 2. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night and shouldn't have started out at that pace. Managed to run 4m of each of the last free-form runs though.

            So close to done with this reset diet!!

              Been resting a lot since feeling pain in my ankle. Want to take it easy and not undo all that hard work I've gained, as far as running is concerned. However, I will be stepping up my other workouts, just bc I notice I've been feeling worse lately. Felt much better after doing today's DD+EC

                  Oh man I definitely overdid it on that last run. It was very hard to move yesterday and I felt exhausted. Today was better, but I was on my feet all day for thanksgiving dinner and no run for me. I am very tired now! Looking forward to a relaxing long weekend. I am hoping to feel good enough to do TEN again tomorrow at the least.

                      TEN - 3/30 - This was all upperbody! Worked for 2 today.
                      DD+EC
                      Protagonist - Level I

                      Rest went a little too far! Went completely off my schedule, sleeping in too late, doing NO exercise at all and feeling pretty blah physically because of it. Today I resumed TEN and did Protagonist while doing an online D&D session with friends. Felt good to move.

                      Diet-wise I'm doing well! Finished the reset feeling food and having lost 3" off my waist. Don't know what I weigh though since our scale is broken. Have reintroduced sugar, honey, cheese, and butter. So happy to have dairy back! I also used the whole weekend as cheat, more or less. I wasn't gonna not eat Thanksgiving that I spent all day making, or the leftovers. But I'll be spending at least the next week, maybe two, eating back on the reintroduction diet with those 4 that have already been added before I move on to adding new stuff. Surprised that I don't feel any bad side-effects from my cheat weekend!

                      Hopefully tomorrow's run goes well.

I think it's a tiny piece of glass... but I can't get it out and I'm gonna have to make a doc appointment. Very annoying and I don't know what this means for my current running goals. But at least I've already made the 5k.

                                1000 Jumping Jacks for the Tree!

                                Oh man, that's what I get for not being here for awhile. Sleep has been terrible and that has meant exhaustion. I haven't managed to do anything other than the seasonal things and I completely forgot about the Tree until I checked here today. So I just completed 1000 jumping jacks to get myself on there. Hope it's not too late, time-wise. It's still the 12th for me but we'll see.

                                I have tried 3 times to get the glass in my foot and I think I've got closer each time. Gonna try again.

                                Nutrition-wise, I am back to fasting. It kinda happens naturally to me and I find it pretty hard to manage my intake without it. I didn't eat great this week though bc lack of sleep means no energy to cook or clean so I can cook. Plus wow I snack like CRAZY when playing videogames with friends. If I can't eat it's much easier to say no to the food for some reason. Weird willpower trick, but it works!
