                    Had a late morning, but it turns out Foundation Light is a nice warmup for my strength workout. Only 3 more sessions of this workout and I'll finally be done.
                    Been having trouble sleeping so no fasting today.

                      Truly a day of rest. Did not sleep well and am very low energy today. Just a bit of housecleaning. Daughter spent the day with her grandparents, getting presents and treats. So I spent the rest of the day truly lounging. Haven't done that in a bit.

                        Yesterday was my limit. Anxiety has resisted all attempts and expert recommendations of sleeping well. I hadn't slept much/well in a week. That and allergies finally overtook me and I didn't do much at all, except some morning movement. I finally gave in and took a melatonin to get to sleep.
                        Today however is better. Still feeling like I need more of that sleep, and there was only a little bit of haze from allergies today. Actually did well on my workout, better than I thought. Good sleep really came through!
                        Also got my ankle and wrist weights in the mail today. Even more excited for Spartan Trials next week.

                        EDIT: I am also putting a hold on IF until I feel better caught up on my sleeping.

                          I am about a week into Spartan Trials and really enjoying it so far (although I don't have ankle/wrist weights).

                            Come on, allergies! Okay sleep but destroyed with sinuses and migraine today and as such, no Strength workout today. I'm so close to the end! More importantly, I don't want this crap stopping me from Spartan Trials

                            Ordered a weighted blanket for my ridiculous, unflinching anxiety. It is the only thing I have not tried that is supposed to be good for it.

                            Just two more of these workouts before I'm done. Looking forward to tomorrow.

                              Great day! Accidentally fasted, but still felt alright. Had to take my workout slow, but I got it done. Only one more day of it! Feeling pretty tired already and will hit bed early. I feel like I have a lot more sleep before I'm fully rested.

                                8-Week bodyweight strength training workout complete. I mentioned more than once that I found this boring towards the end, but I should also note that I do feel a significant difference. I am much stronger. I'm doing full pushups now, stonger pullup progressions, definitely feel stronger glutes and abs. I went from struggling to do 30s knee plank to 30s full plank. My goals were were:
                                -10 full-on, not-on-my-knees pushups
                                -1 regular pull-up

                                That last one was incredibly ambitious, it turns out! I did see some progress, but I'm still a ways off from 1 full, unassisted pull-up.
                                Interestingly, I didn't gain weight, and according to my measurements I didn't lose any fat, but I still kinda toned? Some parts of me look firmer than they did before and I have obviously gotten stronger. I will be keeping a better record for Spartan Trials however, as I intend to stick with the Power Fast meal plan. I imagine there will be some body comp changes in some way or another.

                                Tomorrow is the true final day of this program, and a rest day. I am so looking forward to DareBee workouts again. So much more variety and fun to do. They really keep me more engaged.
                                Very tired. Did not rest well. Looking forward to blissful sleep.
