    Meant to go on the next running drill today, but the timing was wrong.Got a lot done today though so I should have time tomorrow to get it in. Those extra 10 upper body exercises were murder, but I made it somehow.

        Have not been working out the past few days. I have been exhausted yet unable to sleep and barely able to get through my day. Not sure what's going on, but I need to focus on getting better sleep. Did manage my raised arm circles though.

                Did a lot of housework today and still feeling good. Just have to try and wake up early again. Tomorrow is birthday lunch with family and probably taking it much easier. Tonight is early bed and a book. I really need to prioritize my sleep to avoid another bad week.

                Today also had an excellent indulgence that definitely doesn't fit my diet - a bananas foster milkshake with bourbon. It was amazing and I'm really glad I tried it. Nice to have a big indulgence now and then. Have been fully low-carb lately, so shouldn't be too much interruption of weight loss.

                            Yeesh. And I'm kinda back. Whole family got very sick and I even spent a day in a bed. I'm still not sleeping well and barely getting through my day though, so all exercise has been put on the back burner for now. Thank you everyone for the bday wishes! It wasn't bad... sick husband and I played some videogames - when we weren't sleeping - while my in-laws took care of our girl. She mutated some nasty something and gave it to us, and it took a whole week for us to shake it! That's kids for ya.

                                30 gentle yoga today as well. Taking it very easy since I do not want to slide back down. I think I'm nearly back to normal though. I was able to get a good deal of cleaning done - though there is A LOT more to do. Things are upended here bc I couldn't do much of anything while sick and husband was sick too. Also meant my diet was poor during this time...
                                Getting extra sleep when I can, and trying to listen to my body more.

                                Thank you everyone for the bday and well wishes! Sucks that we were both sick through our birth-aversary week, but perhaps we can make it up in the future.
