    Fasting Assassin

New to Darebee training plans, but not to fitness or fasting. Gonna continue weight loss and adding lean muscle by following the Assassin Training Plan and IF. My fasting is M-F 16/8, low-carb, with no bread or added sugars. Maximum 1 cup rice per day. Saturday & Sunday are free days and sometimes cheat days.
I'm looking forward to getting good at running again!

    Starting Stats June 5, 2019: 32" waist; 67.55kg
    Current Stats Oct 5, 2019: 29" waist; 64.49kg

Day 1 HIIT Workout Level II

I'm more used to full body HIIT, and while this was good on my abs, next time I will choose one that has more full body action. Can also move to 1m between rest as 2 is too long for me.

90 Days of Action Day 1

    Also desperately need this:
    Set time is 2200.

May as well add this challenge as well since I’ll be doing 90 days.

Thanks everyone for being so welcoming! Checking y’all’s training updates is very motivating.

Assassins are to do Casual Training/rest today, so I took the opportunity to do my first 8-week Couch to 5k training run.
              Usual 8 min morning yoga.

              Assassin Training: Day 2 Rest/Casual
              5k Week 1 Training 1
3.45 km in 36:13. 10:30m/km. This was pretty tough. Jogged with my baby in the stroller and that is harder than it looks. Especially when trying to unlearn bad form and focus on better form. Also ran at 10 and I always feel blah when I run in 70+ weather, and it was already 76 by then.
90 Days of Action: 2/90 Cardio Level II
              30 Days of Fitness: 2/30
Get to Bed on Time: 2/30 Nice and Cozy (in fact I’m already in bed! Very tired today so gonna sleep extra early)

              Another day down!

Late to welcome you, but....WELCOME!! It’s exciting to see a young mom so motivated to get back to fitness. You’re doing great!! Running those strollers is definitely a challenge, but you’re killin it😎🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Started my day with the Daily Dare + Extra Credit, so that was fun. Woke me up.
Assassin Training: Day 4 HIIT Level II

Good burn! I learned I can do jumping jacks forever but I suck really hard at split jacks. Had fun with this one.
90 Days of Action: 4/90 Circuit Level II
I’m surprised I did that well, tbh, bc it was all arms and I also spent the day painting my bedroom. Ceilings are hard.
                    30 Days of Fitness: 4/30
Get to Bed on Time: 0/30. Husband and I had a rare movie date night. Spider-Man Far From Home and homemade popcorn. Worth.

3.87 km in 35:51. 9:16m/km. Ran at 730 before baby woke up, much better temp and no stroller making me wonky. Taking it slow and trying to get good runner form.

                        30 Days of Fitness: 5/30
Get to Bed on Time: 0/30. This is obvi my biggest weakness. Gotta sleep soon though since I did not get enough last night.

Glad for the rest/casual training and the stretching day helped out. Had a bunch of bad food today, including donuts. Hoping not to feel too badly tomorrow, like I sometimes do with indulgences. They were delicious though and we did a lot of walking around.
im seeing definition in my shoulders which feels super good.

                          Assassin Training: Day 6 HIIT

So this was kinda murder. I managed it, but barely. Had to go on my knees for a lot of the plank hold though :/

                          30 Days of Fitness: 6/30
Get to Bed on Time: 1/30. Curling up with a book and some tea right after this.

Don’t feel bad after all the junk this weekend, but don’t feel good either. Looking forward to my fast. Started at 1930 but might go longer than 16, depending on how I feel tomorrow. Sometimes I like a longer fast after such a binge.

                            5k Week 1 Training 3
3.72km in 34:18 by. 9:13m/km. This run felt really good. Pushed myself harder and did a full 2 mins of jogging nonstop in the free form run after the run/walk drills.
Edit: forgot to mention my 20m post run yoga for hips. Helps keep sciatica at bay. And it feels sooooo good after a run.

i really like this one. I’m at the point where I actually enjoy burpees, instead of hating them.

Get to Bed on Time: 0/30. Cat got out tonight and she’s hiding outside somewhere. She’s pure black and we can’t find her. I hope she’s okay and comes home soon.
