Lord Ynwa the first time I did the Ironborn program I used 6 kg and I was struggling just a little patience and perseverance and it improves
At the end of 0.5 kg discs I bought 8, they are cheaper than the others and also more comfortable to use

Wow...squats in one go. I had to break up mine throughout the day. Very impressive!

CODawn hindu squats are easier and faster than squats, I would not be able to do 300 squats in a row but on the other hand the hindu squats are an excellent cardio exercise

              160 sit-ups in one go
Since I had skipped the last pull-ups workout due to allergies and lawn mowing, today I experimented a bit, and it went well

Today I was just a little sore but no particular pains, so I managed to do 214 handles push-ups during training and 320 hindu squats in one go, it was an intense training but I endured it well
Strangely, the most difficult part of training is the challenge that never happens to me

This Thread: Front Split? which then ended up talking about the relationship between strength training and stretching I found it very interesting.
One thing that I have often found myself thinking about is the correlation between different types of training that reinforce each other in the right synergy, giving better results than if you were only doing one type of training.
So I will start thinking again about what to do next month considering that I will continue to do the Hero's Journey

That's a great thread. Gives me some food for thought regarding my pre-workout routine, currently just do enough to smooth the flow through my muscles.

Today was a good abs training, done well and calmly as I like it
The choice to do many overall repetitions but in small sets is proving successful, even today I have no particular pains after yesterday's 214 handles push-ups.
Even the training on alternate days (inspired by the Batcave challenge in reality) is proving to be a winner, the physique is tested but it also has time to recover.
I will keep this training setting also next month: many small sets and training on alternate days, it is working

After careful and timely reflection I decided on training next month:
Express Tone (10 kg 3-5 rep per exercises, 5 sets, no rest between exercises, 30 sec rest between sets [yoga tree pose]) the ideal would be to get to a 15 min weight training.
                            Hero's Journey (lv I)
                            Core Strength (lv I)
                            1 min plank challenge
1000 push-ups challenge in combination with The Pushers
The Pits Workout (to maintain training, 5 min of combos)
I will follow the training division of the Express Tone program: arm day (1000 push-ups challenge, The Pushers, Pull Up Progress) unlike this month I will try to do push-ups and pull-ups as a filler between Hero's Journey, Core Strength and The Pits Workout, i will do some tests for a maximum of 3 sets to fatigue; leg day (The Squat Patrol). We will see if one day off for pull-ups will be enough, for push-ups I already know yes from this month's experience.
Weight training is proving transformative for my body so I want to continue it but I also need to do more to have fun, i don't rule out changing my mind again
