          Even just the nose could work
          These days the allergy is not giving me respite and certainly cutting the lawn with the trimmer or tearing weeds does not help
          Hopefully the next few days will be better, generally the worst period does not last long

                      Household chores seem to be more demanding than programs and challenge these days

                              The Batcave Challenge begins to enter the final phase: 300 hindu squats in one go and 200 handles push-ups during a training session and today was also the "shoulder, chest & triceps" day of the Ironborn, I endured everything well, I'm happy

                                Just a quick mention to one photo that I've seen in the first page of your log back in September (it has rained since then, as we say in Spain). Discs (0.5kg) that you bought for your dumbbells. It was funny to me because are the ones that I bought last month at Decathlon, and for the same reason, to have the posibility to add 1 kg and not 2kg at a time.

                                So maybe in nine months time I'll be as you are now in fact with half of what you have achieved I'll be satisfied.
