      I was wrong to do the calculations and this implies that today I did 72 total pull-ups interspersed with Ironborn (3x24) and I must say that I put up with them really well

            Okay, I admit it ... I'm a kid some days I just can't resist to do the Hero's Journey at lv III, like today
            However, it was useful to test my resistance to handles push-ups: 100 as fillers in the Ironborn (leg day) and 114 others (16+15+14+12+10+10+10+10+9+8) in the 10 sets with no rest of the Hero's Journey, I'm improving today I only made one set to failure, the last one, the others were correctly to fatigue, total: 214 handles push-ups in a workout
            The Hero's Journey program is proving very interesting and varied but I still struggle to think about doing 15 sets of the same workout

                          Abs day but also a quiet training day, so I recover
                          It seems strange to me not to have to start thinking about another program for the next month but the challenges still remain
                          As a continuation in weight training, I will repeat the Express Tone, always 3 sets, perhaps by reworking the exercises and always keeping handles push-ups and pull-ups between the exercises and the sets as filler

                              Today I was not in shape but I still did all my training
                              It is interesting on days like this to notice how a basic ability and endurance remains that allows you to do a good workout anyway
