      Amirsh I think so too and in fact apart from the ironborn for the rest I'm going very quiet with the training, I suspended extra pull-ups and push-ups etc
      It's just a matter of time and patience but it makes me smile that I can do a workout with 50 pull-ups as a filler without problems and with a weight training I have pain for 3 days

                  I've found a good, all natural help against doms: after training, 100ml of beetroot juice (usually with a bit of lemon or orange juice because its taste is not that great). I have less doms the days after. Give it a try!

                        Even today as an antistress I kicked and punched for 20 minutes tight
                        I have not had pain for the days of training of the arms, if tomorrow I do not have pain for today's training with the legs then I will be officially back to regime

                            Fremen Just curious about The Pits. I've looked at it a few times but I'm not sure how to do it. Do you choose one exercise or several or do all of them? I mean, would you do, for example, just 5 minutes of backfists, or would you do combinations of, for example, 2 minutes of backfist, 1 minute of turning kicks and 2 minutes of knee strikes? It does look fun, though, however it is to be done.

                              Looks to me like its basically shadow fighting. If I was doing it I might work through a circuit of all the moves for a minute or so (10 reps each?) and then starting FIGHTING FOR MY LIFE!

                                TopNotch I use an app for HIIT workouts: Tabata Timer and alternate techniques of arms and kicks, depending on the time available the time interval goes from 30 sec to 1 min, sometimes I do simple strokes sometimes I combine, an example is:
                                1 set jab-cross (jab-cross-uppercut-hook) [speed bag punches]
                                2 set side kick (side kick-backfist)
                                3 set palm strike
                                4 set turning kick (turning kick-backfist)
                                5 set backfist
                                6 set front kick (push) [front kick-cross]
                                7 set elbow strike (knee-elbow strike)
                                8 set front kick (snap) [front kick-cross]
                                9 set knife hand strike (outward knife hand strike-inward knife hand strike)
                                10 set hook kick (hook kick-backfist)
                                I always alternate a set of arms and one of legs but on what to do from time to time I try to be creative and follow the inspiration
