    I went pretty fast
    I made some changes to these exercises:
    Bicep curls in a row alterneting arms (7-7, 6-6, 5-5, 4-4)
    Deadlifts in a row
    Shrugs in a row
    I could think about raising the weight except for the bent over flys but I give it back in a week or so, better let the body get used to the new weights first
    I have to add some stretching to the shoulders, it's the part of the body that is suffering the most

    P.S. Anyway ... there is a sensible risk that abdominal muscles will start to appear ... and they are the thing that I am training less, mysteries of fitness

    I think it's the Kime ... when I contract my abdominals strongly while squeezing the silicone rings for grip training ...

      In my experience, it’s the weight training that does it. But, you’re adding a “reason” for abdominal contraction, so, you may be on to something💪🏼😎

              I changed a Boat Pose with a Hollow Hold, an interesting variation but I still struggle more with the Boat Pose

              I added a little training for the wrists, taken by Aikido, since I'm training "hands and forearms" and the wrists are in the middle is better to take them into consideration

              I did the lunges without rest alternating only the legs and the calf raises in a row.
              I have more trouble keeping weights than doing leg exercises but I sweated so it's objective that I trained
              I still don't like the side lunges but they were the last of the program.

                            Yoga abs Challenge is getting difficult, I feel the 40 second boat pose, I feel them especially in the legs that I keep straight

                            Today it was hard, I almost dangerously reached exhaustion in the last set of each exercise
                            It was a great idea to do an extra warm up first and then do a nice session of stretching for the shoulders then
