I will alternate a day of normal push-ups (25x4) and hindu push-ups (10x10) the next day, it works well to exercise different muscles while still managing to recover

The funny thing is I actually know who you are talking about LOL! I play this cool card game called CUE (Cards, the Universe and Everything) you collect and battle random cards from Pugs to String Theory and he is one of those cards. I had a bit of a headache today but I still finished the program
Military Fit Review
PRO
- It is really effective.
- Exercise sequences work well and are deadly.
- It is a program that tests endurance and functional movement, as well as strength of course.
- It is an excellent example of why this type of training is used in the military: it forces you to change gears, leading you to improve quickly. I am not saying that it is the best way but it is probably the fastest.
CONTRO
- I doubt that such a type of training is sustainable in the long run.
- It is not suitable if not for young people unless you rework it a lot, like me.
Military Fit is a program that when I browsed through it I thought: I will never do this, never never and instead I did it and I also liked it even if I changed it a little to be able to continue to lead a normal life the day after
The other program I told myself I would never do is Power Cardio which I will start tomorrow
And don't tell me that I don't go out of my comfort zone from time to time ...
