              I'm trying to keep myself from overworking, my body is tired but my mind is even more so.
              I am so over-stimulated in this period that my ears have become blocked, when it is said to somatize
              However, I am enjoying the daily training and dosing it is doing me good

                    Tomorrow I finish Ironheart and then I will experiment mainly with flexibility and stretching.
                    I really like Fit December a lot, maximum 5 sets are ideal for me and the exercises are neither too easy nor too difficult and it is very easy to increase or decrease the intensity by increasing the reps or the pace.
                    They are few exercises but effective, simple things always work well

                              I couldn't resist and started the new flexibility routine today
                              Unbound Workout at the beginning of the workout and Stronghold Workout at the end.
                              I need to reevaluate Flexibility Week, when I did it I was not particularly impressed, perhaps I underestimated it.


                              Ironheart review

                              PRO

                              - Usually the first impression of a program turns out to be true in the end, I liked this program straight away and have always enjoyed it.
                              It works and performs better than Express Tone which I have never been able to really appreciate.
                              - I really liked the simple split: upperbody, lowerbody, tendon or yoga. I especially liked the alternation between tendon training and yoga.
                              - I didn't respect the break times foreseen by the program, shortening them significantly but in any case it remains a fast training.
                              - Ironheart is a successful evolution of Ironborn that deviates from classic training by adding tendon work and some yoga and simplifying the dumbbell exercises a little. It's kind of a successful hybrid.

                              CONTRO

                              - You have to find a compromise between weights and repetitions in the various exercises which is not always easy to do.
                              - If you want a pure dumbbell workout then Ironborn remains the only choice.

                              There are a lot of people in the middle between those who go to the gym and those who train only bodyweight who would like to shuffle the cards a little and this program is a good compromise.
