                I drastically reduced training, I know myself and I already know that it would be an additional load if I trained intensely and instead I need to let off steam but without overdoing it.
                I'll follow a simple pattern: bodyweight exercises and kettlebell swings one day, active rest on Sunday.
                My partner and I have spent most of our adult lives putting an emotional and physical distance between us and our families so that they don't devour us and now that we did, they chase us
                Other than meditation, now I'm going to get serious with the inner peace exercises
