    I find the hollow hold a very difficult exercise to do well, getting to 1 min of superman and 1 min of hollow hold for 3 sets is definitely intense as a workout.
    In the sequence boat pose and wind pose there is a working position (boat pose) and one of "rest" (wind pose), I think we should do something like that for superman too

        No rest between sets so:

        32 elbow plank leg rises left and then 32 right
        2 min rest
        32 up & down plank
        2 min rest
        2 min elbow plank
        2 min rest
        4 min side elbow plank changing sides every 30 sec

        Interesting variation I sweated profusely
        Even in the original version of the program 4 sets of 30 sec side elbow plank are hard.
        The idea of ​​doing a total of 10 minutes of yoga sun salutation was excellent, taking away a lot of post-workout pain
