    I'm not working with kettlebells, but when it comes to any weight lifting activities, I have 2 approaches. For explosiveness and 1 rep max training, I use 3x5 or 5x5 and with increasing weight; for overall fitness and endurance I use higher reps (3x10, 2x8, whatever an exercise demands). It's good that you found your preferred method, you should do what feels good for your body. But don't get scared of experimenting (judging by your thread, you're really not), sometimes different exercises, reps, and sets ranges can be really refreshing. To me, that happened when I discovered this site. Great job! (:

      Haha... hopeless!
      Just saying:
      --- beyond 10reps is cardio and...
      --- if you can lift again after 15sec:
      don't call it...strength training!... it's still cardio...

      But as long as you have fun... go on... and on and on ....

          My partner is disturbed by how I do the body wave in Bolly Dance
          Since I get bored of staying still 1 min between strength exercises, I decided to do 1 min of active rest using an easy workout

            Today I wanted to take it a little more comfortable and so I did by training calmly and also doing a little more stretching
            Full Body Stretch it is a good stretching at the end of the workout, fast and stretches the whole body well.
            This morning I received my first weekly Duolingo report: 4h 48m of study and yesterday I also started learning something I didn't know
            Obviously I will not be able to keep this average as the first days the lessons were very easy and fast but it is a learning method that is fun, fast and easily accessible at any time of the day between laptop and smartphone so it is easy to do at least half an hour per day as I set out.

                We changed Bollywood Dance workouts but we will change it again as it didn't wow us
                The pull-ups between sets of an easy workout are going so well that I raised the number of reps to 6 per set

                  The test with the Hindu squats went well: 500 (50x10), I am happy with the results achieved this month
                  Both kettlebell and bodyweight exercises work well, challenge me and help me improve but without being too tiring.
