Your reviews and tips (and those videos about how to do things properly) are so very helpful for me, and your log is always inspiring. Now treat yourself!

Today was a very interesting workout
I chose to do an easy workout (Centenarian Workout) and program (Baseline) to start the training without getting tired and it worked very well
I also endured the new weight (10 kg) and the 5 sets of the Express Tone program well, alternating bicep curls 5-5-5-5-5, tricep extensions 3-3-3-3-3, I decided to start slowly and see how all the overall training goes, I will gradually adjust the load
                    I entered handles push-ups sets to fatigue in the Hero's Journey: 18-15-13-12-11-11-8 = 88 (The Pushers and 1000 Push-Ups Challenge);
and hammer grip pull-ups sets to fatigue between the Core Strength: 7-6-6 =19 (Pull Up Progress).
Discovering that I endure badly the set to fatigue therefore excellent choice of training for the next month
For The Squat Patrol I decided to extend the exercises to three main ones which are the basis: hindu squats, lunges, calf raises in order to make leg training more complete and interesting.
I will keep the division: day arms, day legs of the Express Tone, that's all

                    Have a nice day bees

The workload looks well balanced to me - enough space to level up or to make a step back if needed. Your experience shows off! AND: very nice quote!!!

Congrats on your many achievements! You're going to have arms of steel with all these pushups and the weight programs, no idea how you manage to do so much at once but I'm glad it's going well for you

Zastria He's really doing a LOT! Four programs with other stuff? He's a superman in the Fremen way.

I very much want to join the squat patrol. I think in a month things will be possible.

Sounds like me and I secretly think you get the ideas from my training, but probably not, hehehe.

I watched the hindu squat demo video you posted before. I am working in quite the opposite direction, which is wide stance squat with the torso as upright/vertical as possible. I do my squat hold in that way. You have to use the glutes very hard to maintain that posture while keeping the knees in good alignment. I used to wonder why people have to keep their trunk like that until I made it myself. It really teaches you to lower your center of gravity to the hips and sink your weight downward, which is the way I now operate with during kendo.

HuskyDog thanks I will keep you updated on the adjustments

Zastria I chose to do many things but at a low level, during the whole workout it lasts a little over an hour but the arms of steel would not mind

kandy The Squat Patrol is a good excuse to do some extra leg exercise
When I do the classic squats I use the sumo squat variant usually, and yes I take inspiration from all the logs I read, i learn a lot like this
This is the workout that is my ideal leg workout:
