      Thanks Animated pictures , so do I. I feel a little bad too. He tends to be a drama queen about the slightest bump or scratch so my wife and I didn't pay too much attention until after dinner when I took a second look and thought the hospital better check it out and sure enough the x-ray showed a fracture of the little toe. Oops. Oh well, I reminded him of the Boy Who Cried Wolf and maybe he'll reconsider carrying on in the future unless it is a serious injury. Unfortunately I am now trying to function on 2-3 hours sleep and not succeeding too well. Any thought of catch up today are sadly misguided.

      Work is also too busy for me to duck into the gym and hammer out a half-asses attempt at a morning workout. I will try and chip away at the Totals program that I'm a few days behind and the other various challenges that I can do in snatches of down time.

      Daily Dare: 40 Squat Hold Bends - Done with extra credit (52/45)
      Gladiator 30-day challenge: Day 26 - Done (2 min one-arm plank) (catch up from 7/10). Not looking forward to having repeat this in a couple of days time.
      Gladiator 30-day challenge: Day 27 - Done (3 x 22 lunges)
      Glutes of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 8 - Done
      Calves of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 27 - Done (190 calf raises) (catch up from 7/10)

          Ahh, catch up day. More likely to happen today as I've had a few hours more sleep than the previous night. And OMG. I've gone through my printouts and realised I am quite a bit further behind than I first thought. Well, complaining about it isn't going to get it done so off to it I am.
          Core 30-day challenge: Day 28 - Done (1 min plank/10 plank reaches)
          Core Control 30-day challenge: Day 28 - Done (190 side leg raises)
          Gladiator 30-day challenge: Day 28 - Done (4 x 120 punches)
          Totals program: Day 18 - Done (200 knee-to-elbows/jumping jacks) (catch up from 4/10) I hope the ankle is now strong enough to push through any more that I come across today.
          Totals program: Day 19 - Done (60 push-ups/300 punches) (catch up from 5/10)
          Glutes of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 9 - Done (3 x 16 bridges)
          Calves of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 29 - Done (200 calf raises)

          Age of Pandora program: Chapter 14 first part - Done (60 march steps/750m walk) Latter done on treadmill for 8:02 minutes @ 6.4 km/h with 2.0 incline for 0.85 km. (catch up from 8/10)
          Age of Pandora program: Chapter 14 second part - Done ( 3 x 6 push-ups/20 scissors/200-count raised arm hold/6 push-ups/20 side arm raises/20-count raised arm hold) (catch up from 8/10)

          and that might do it today before I collapse and am unable to drive home!!

                  Happy Friday everyone. Didn't do much yesterday afternoon as preparing for wedding anniversary dinner. But this morning is time to burn off that delicious gyoza and Japanese beer from last night.
                  Core 30-day challenge: Day 29 - Done (finish off the catch up from yesterday)
                  Gladiator 30-day challenge: Day 30 - Done. Yes another challenge done and a tough one at that!
                  Ninja 30-day challenge: Day 30 - Done (normal level). And another 30 day challenge done!! Will revisit this one and try it on hard level.
                  Core 30-day challenge: Day 30 - Done. That's now three challenges done for the day !!!
                  Core Control 30-day challenge: Day 30 - Done. And that's four!! On a roll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  Spending the day with the kids so that will do for now. Have a great day everyone.
