    Thanks DorothyMH it was a tough day especially as I was starting to feel DOMS from my run the day before not having properly warmed down or stretched sufficiently.

    So here we are on Day 36

    Gladiator 30-day challenge: Day 14 - Done (1 min 20 sec one-arm plank) struggling with this one. May not make it all the way to Day 29 where it is a full 2 mins.
    Core 30-day challenge: Day 14 - Done (30 x push-ups/25 sec plank/30 plank reaches)
    Knee Push-Ups 30-day challenge: Day 22 - Done (45 sec knee push-up hold). Another I'm finding tough.
    Core Control 30-day challenge: Day 14 - Done (120 side leg raises).
    Punch Out! 30-day challenge: Day 14 - Done (260 overhead punches)
    Ninja 30-day challenge: Day 14 - Done (30 sec elbow plank)
    Calves of Steel 30-day challenge: Day 15 - Done (130 calf raises)

    Briefly looked at Pandora program yesterday and it looks like fun and an interesting way to incorporate exercise into a RPG. Depending on workload and interruptions, I might consider it later.
    Wow its almost 0800 hrs and I better go back to pretending to work. Have a good one folks.

        Thanks DorothyMH for your vote of confidence. I would only drop them if they were well and truly beyond my capability. I am getting stronger by the week and who knows but maybe by the time comes around I'll have enough upper body strength to push through.

        AM Workout (where I completely lost track of time and got booted out by a colleague)
        Toy Soldier workout - Done at Level III with Extra Credit as a warm up (7 x 30 sec march steps/overhead punches/march steps/punches/march steps/punches)
        90 Days of Action: Day 36 - Done at Level III (5 x 5 push-up/20 punches/5 wide-grip push-ups/20 punches/5 close-grip push-ups/20 punches) I am now officially over punching today!
        Weight session for the first time in a very long time
        Rope Jumping - 2 minutes
        Pull downs 2 x 20 x 10kg
        Pull downs 3 x (20 x 25kg + 1 minute rope jumping)
        Underhand cable pull downs 3 x (20 x 15kg + 1 minute side-to-side shuffle)
        Straight arm pull downs 3 x (20 x 20kg + 1 minute skipping on the spot)
        Inclined dumbbell curls 3 x (20 x 6kg + 1 minute dumbbell lunges with 4kg dumbbells)
        10 jump squats (towards Totals program) and then booted out of the gym where I slinked back to my office and knocked out another 10 lunges for Totals.

        Afternoon activity
        Totals program: Day 9 - Done (60 x lunges/side leg raises/squats/40 jump squats)
        10,000 Half-Jacks 30-day challenge: Day 8 - Done (300 half jacks)
        Daily Dare: 30 Ab Circles - Done but no extra credit. Possibly too soon after lunch or maybe that is just an excuse for my core still being weak.
        Touch Your Toes in 30 Days challenge: Day 14 - Done

        Okay I admit I couldn't help myself. I couldn't wait until finishing another program before starting so I did it. But only at level I.
        Age of Pandora: Chapter 1
        Part I - Done (40 x palm strikes/knee strikes/elbow strikes)
        Part II - Done (5 x 20 half jacks/20 half jack squats/4 side lunges)

        Then i forgot that I hadn't done
        Foundation program: Day 18 - Done at level III (8 reverse lunge/8-count squat hold/8 reverse lunge/20 x standing W-extensions/bicep extensions/standing W-extensions)

        and that will do me today so I can go out tonight and not worry too much about watching what I eat or drink.

          Weight: 103.5 kg. Yes I knew I'd over eat/drink last night. But I plan on burning it off today.

            Well that was an ordeal.
            AM Workout.
            Age of Pandora Chapter 2
            Part I - Done but felt very average
            90 Days of Action program: Day 37 - Done at Level I (All those high knees with what feels like a medicine ball strapped to my front!) (5 x 20 sec jumping jacks/high knees/burpees)
            Foundation program: Day 19 - Done at Level III (7 x 3 x 20 marching steps/6 slow climbers). Not as vigorous so more palatable.
            Cardio Magic workout - Done with Extra Credit (5 x 5 x 10 marching steps/6 butt-kicks)

            Time to skulk back my office and flop into a chair. Will contemplate another workout later to finish the daily activities.

            Age of Pandora Chapter 2
            Part 2 - Done
            Sitting there on the wall, I gaze down and realise that my right ankle is considerably swollen. I did wonder why it felt tender. I just put it down to an adverse reaction my body had to so many half jacks. Anyway there is ice on it now and hopefully the swelling will reduce by mid afternoon to finish the last of my burpees for Totals and half jacks for the challenge.

                Thank you Animated pictures . I did wrap it and ice it over a number of hours and the swelling has gone down. I tested it gingerly performing half jacks and no discomfort so I have managed to knock off the outstanding exercises for this afternoon albeit slowly and carefully as against my usual hundred miles an hour. I will continue to monitor and treat if I suspect it getting worse again.

                  Friday 27/9/2019
                  Weight: 103.2 kg and feeling like I need another good long run but wondering it that it what stuffed up my ankle. Anyway more ice and rest last night so it should okay today if I go easy on it. Half jack challenge is only 100 today which isn't too bad. Other workouts seen are also a bit more gentle so here's to a pain-free yet productive day.

                  A boring Friday afternoon at work. What shall I do? I know - more workouts!
                  Finished Core Control 30-day challenge: Day 16 (130 side leg raises)
                  and Punch Out! 30-day challenge: Day 16 - Done (300 overhead punches)
                  also
                  Walker workout - Done with Extra Credit (3 x 5 x 20 marching steps/5 calf raises)
                  One-Minute Workout - Done with Extra Credit (10 sec high knees/burpees/high knees/push-ups/high knees/push-ups)
                  Numbers workout - Done with extra Credit (100 jumping jacks/200 high knees) although probably not the smartest move and my ankle was cracking a lot.
                  Yes, if anyone was wondering I am doing all the level 1 workouts in order and will then move on to level 2 etc, because by then I should be able to tackle them all.
                  Daily Dare: 1 min Squat Hold - Done with extra credit. It certainly hurt though.
                  and lastly
                  Beginner Abs workout - Done at level III with Extra Credit (5 x 10 crunches/air bike/sitting twists/10 count raised leg hold/plank/10 plank leg raises)

                      Ankle is still a little tender and I am reluctant to put too much vigorous activity on it so did a 6.3 km walk with the kids instead of any jumping exercise. However I really want to finish a number of these challenges so I might wait until later today to see if I can stress it a little more.
