      Daily Dare: 2 minutes of Elbow Clicks - Done with Extra Credit (just), that really hurt, especially just after the above challenge.

        Daily Dare: 20 Boat Folds - Done but no extra credit. Core still weak and lower back discomfort.

        Unable to do more as the rest of the day was spent in the kitchen cooking. Oh well. There is always tomorrow.

          First Thing Water 30-day challenge: Day 11 - Done. Getting easier. Don't even have to consciously think about doing it now.
          Daily Workout: Rest & Rec - Done.
          Daily Dare: 2 Minutes Raised Leg Holds - Done with Extra Credit. Legs very wobbly but done.
          1 minute meditation 30-day challenge: Day 11 - Done.

          Over indulgence at lunch has unfortunately put this afternoon's planned activity out the window.

          30 Days of Yoga program: Day 11 - Done. For catch up but some of these positions weren't too well liked by my body. I am sure I will get there eventually.

            Foundation Light program: Day 27 (Catch up from Sat 31/8) - Done at Level III
            Daily Dare: 60 Climbers - Done with extra Credit.
            90 Days of Action program: Day 12 (Catch up from Sun 1/9) - Done at Level III - just. Lower back doesn't like the Reverse Crunch.
            Foundation Light program: Day 28 (Catch up from 1/9) - Done at Level III
            1 minute meditation: Day 12 - Done
            30 Days of Yoga program: Day 12 - Done (Catch up from Sun 1/9). Very relaxing meditation using the Daily Yoga app, Zen Quest.
            Foundation Light program: Day 29 - Done at Level III. Now all caught up.

            Run around the house vacuuming and cleaning while kids are at school!
            90 Days of Action program: Day 13 - Done but only Level I - too knackered to do more.
            Daily Dare: 60 Flutter Kicks - Done with Extra Credit.

              Day 14: Tuesday 3/9/2019. Now two weeks into this phase and keeping at it. Wasn't sure I could stick with it but so far so good. Scales are still giving me a hard time but feeling better and slightly fitter.

              Good Morning, World, 30-day challenge: Day 2 - Done.

              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 5/80 Burpees done. Upper Hamstrings/Adductors don't like the jump up part yet so will have to take this one slowly, even 5 at a time.
              Foundation Light program: Day 30: Done at Level III. DONE DONE DONE. My first program completed! That makes a program and a 30-day challenge completed. Soon going to see those badges come!
              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 10/80 Burpees done.
              Tenderfoot workout: Done at Level III
              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 15/80 Burpees done.
              30 Days of Yoga: Day 13 - Done. Some of these poses still give me discomfort but push on.
              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 25/80 Burpees done.
              30 Days of Yoga: Day 14 - Done
              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 35/80 Burpees done.
              Tidy up gym
              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 40/80 Burpees done.
              Go get lunch
              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 45/80 Burpees done. I might just complete this Workout today.
              Lunch and contemplate the last 35 Burpees.

              90 Days of Action program: Day 14: 80/80 Done. Just. Not my favourite exercise, then again; I don't have to like it, I just have to do it!

                            Day 15: Wednesday 4/9/2019 - 15 days in a row of exercising. Another badge here we come!
                            Weight: 104.7 kg, a two month record and heading in the right direction. Feeling good about things.
                            First Thing Water 30-day challenge: Day 14 - Done.

                            Posture 30-day challenge: Day 1 - AM part Done.
                            Knee Push-Ups 30-day challenge: Day 1 - Done. I need to work on upper body strength and this challenge should push me along.

                            Daily Dare: 2 Minutes High Knees - Done with Extra Credit but certainly had me puffed.

                              Well and truly knackered now! probably didn't need the treadmill warm up. Then again, every little bit helps.
