    Foundation, a dudes gotta start somewhere.

    Day one done, let’s see where this leads. Any other beginners there?

    I am recovering from a colitis attack and I’m determined not to have another one. That means looking after myself better. Any one else with colitis around? Do you find staying in shape helps?

    The daily gratitude challenge also. Today’s gratitude is for my girlfriend, my dog and sunny days.

      Welcome to the Hive. Lots of noobs here, including yours truly. Good place to post your accomplishment and connect with other. I also started with The Foundation, it is a good starting point to get the routine of exercising everyday.
