Over the last few days, I have been doubling up on 1 minute HIIT and Reboot. I'm using the boot as warm up for the HIIT program, and it works well. But today, I decided to experiment! I like variety.
1. I set up 3 "days" of Reboot as a super set, back-to-back-to-back. A little something like this:
20 high knees
10 count One Arm plank (left)
20 high knees
10 count One Arm plank (right)
20 high knees
Left arm plank again
20 high knees
Right arm plank again
20 high knees
20 butt kicks
10 count squat hold
20 butt kicks
10 count squat hold
20 butt kicks
10 count squat hold
20 butt kicks
10 count squat hold
20 butt kicks
10 count squat hold
20 high knees
5 count push up hold
20 high knees
5 count push up hold
20 high knees
5 count push up hold
20 high knees
5 count push up hold
20 high knees
5 count push up hold
That's set 1. Repeat 2 more times for level 1, 4 more times for lvl 2, and 6 more times for level 3. As always, go as fast as possible on the # exercises. Tabata style. Tomorrow, will do it again, but a different super set.
2. The one minute HIIT day 15 -- hmm, some arm exercises that seem aimed at tendon strength more than muscles. But that was done also.
3. Because I had some more time, I finished up with Fight Night workout wearing my 20# weight vest. I find that it's designed for someone with a beefier chest than me. If I adjust it so it's snug, the velcro straps are not secure. I think I am going to have to find someone who can put a stitch in the sides to tighten it.

The Orphanage, Day 21: up and at 'em. Morning, and you want to be the first one to the bathroom. It's a mad dash for all 40 in your dorm! You jump out of bed, duck under the fists and kicks of your fellow orphans, lunge forward! Some one tripped you, but no matter -- give them the old "one two" punch! Gotta get there !

Hmmmm decisions, decisions. To hold the splits for 11:40 today or to split it into 5:50 today and tomorrow.
It's ~4 songs of hold...how long can I hold the splits for before I get too bored or my legs give out?
I certainly didn't do this in 2016 but I'll let you know how I go.
Ha!! I miss read that! I'm not doing 700min over two days
I might do what I outlined above for fun though.

I'm not guessing...Google. Thanks for the opportunity to find out about Countee Cullen! His body of work is fascinating. I had never heard of the Harlem Renaissance before.
As to the style, I really don't know! He changes his rhyming scheme from ABCD ABCD to AA BB CC. I feel like I need to consult a friend who studied Arts.
