        Kakarot Its this company that specializes in weight loss products. and I don't think I'm going to actually bo working for them as i thought only because I was talking to a representative and I don't have the money to work for them.

            to get started you have to pay $100. Like the saying, you gotta put in some money to make some money As soon as I was told that I pretty much told them I couldnt do it.

              I think that was probably for the best. More often than not, those work schemes put all the responsibility for the product and the sales on your shoulders, while pocketing most of the profits. If it doesn't work out for you, you're probably stuck with the bad outcome yourself while the company hasn't lost anything.
              Good decision on your part.

                        Eyyyy!!! I did it you guys! I rode by bike from work to my house. Took me about 2 hours. I had bikers high and now I feellike I can't move. I felt so great though when I got home

                        I keep falling asleep haha but I wanted to let you guys know. The bike ride was about 8 miles long.

                            I'm honestly really surprised because it's been about 4-5 years since I've rode a bike. I only expected to make it like half way but once I hit that half way Mark got so pumped and pushed through to the end. I saw a bunch of lizards on the trails, I had a butterfly land on me twice, I saw a coyote, and a jack rabbit

                                so since its been a while since ive excercised I decided I am going to start over the 30 day program. Instead of 30 Days of HIIT I was thinking about doing foundations.
                                i dont know, I got half way through 30 days of HIIT anddddd i felt like I hit a snag. Then I did that massive bike ride and bleh. Havent even touched my bike

                                So yeah, Instead of going all gun-hoe into an exercise plan Im going to begin something light and that will build up my cardiovascular system.

                                Foundations + 30 days of Mico HIIT

                                Sounds like a good game plan to me
