    Such incredible website

    Hello there beautiful DAREBEE community,

this site is really the best which I got recommended in sports matters. Since about 3 month I'm using the workouts, programs and challenges and I'm impressed by the success. I've started with the EPIC FIVE to have a smooth start after a midi-long period of potatoing the couch. A quarter before the end, I've started to combine two or three days on one, because I couldn't wait to start with the harder workouts. ;D

Meanwhile I'm doing a combination of COORDINATOR as basic and COMBAT PRO and CARDIO KICK alternating on the different training days. Feels sometimes like hell on earth, but on all other days delightful. I've decided to hammer in to IRON BORN next and I'm super excited already.

But there is one question: Is there someone who completed the 30-DAY-CHALLENGE SUPER SAIYAN? Is that healthy at all? I came up to day 16, before I become super insane... I think sometime in the future I will finish this beast, because this is the real shit.

    Thank you DAREBEE!

    Best regards,

    DanJuVinJan

I feel, today is the right day to start with IRON BORN. I finished my last training sessions with EC and I think I'm strong enough for the next level. Yay!

IRON BORN will be a challenge in multiple ways. I was born without an right forearm, or rather just a half. There is about 10 centimeter below my ellbow, so I can bend my arm to do many usefull things like push-ups or to hold a glass of beer. But there are exercises like tricep extensions which I have to figure out to how handle them. I don't wearing a prosthesis, because this would be a handicap in my daily tasks. But I would like to have one for my training. Is there somebody from Germany who knows where I can get a special constructed prothesis? I have a exact idea how they should look like, to cover all my requirements.

I'm looking forward for some hints.
P.S.: If someone need some ideas, how to train handicapped arms, don't hesitate to contact me, I do have several years of experience.

I'm thinking of doing it too, but I think we have to get there by degrees

      Hi Fremen,

thank your for your comment. I agree with you, I thought about it several times, how to split this challenge. Last I've splited in half in the morning and half in the evening. This works great until the middle, then a third split could be usefull. Maybe at least for me, because I can't do 50 push-up in one go, yet.
