    AM- woke up before 5:30am (PDT) to sun is not up yet so I watched Canoe in the front yard sitting and waiting for that!😂😍It was 53 (F)degrees, hazy, with MEDIUM-LOW pollen😎🥳

    Woke up just before 6:30am (PDT) after a weird night of sleep. Fell asleep early, and woke up at midnight, discovering my white noise was *not* on. After turning it on, fell back to sleep in about 20 mins for the remainder of the night.

    Anyway, it’s hazy today, with heat warning for later, currently 70 (F)degrees, & LOW-MEDIUM pollen🥳😎
    • Yard clean up/Canoe ball throwing: x20 mins✅
    • Boo/Canoe walk: x1+ mile combo sidewalk/field✅
    • Foam/ball rolling, wrist extension/flexion✅
    • Shoulder mobility w/pvc pipe✅
    • Extra: 3lb dumbbell with one end removed — 10 reps each hand Thor pronations, x3 sets✅
    • Fighting Cancer: 100 punches✅
    • BaoDing balls: 20 reps both directions both hands x3 sets✅
    • Quilting: x1 hour✅…worked on modification of bedroom door curtains for cool air sequestration, then decided to use the same technique as for the other 2 curtains, rather than modifying the current one.

    Forest fire smoke? Not good, even scary... We had family friends in a forest fire zone quite recently, they didn't lose their house, but very close. That specific fire was really nasty and raged on nearly a week by a very touristic and pretty spot, la dune du Pilat.

    pollen. Wall guys arrived to work at 6:15am, so Canoe was all sorts of alarmed about the hour!😂

    They do pretty well when both of them
    go together. Boo was always good, but Canoe struggled letting Boo go alone. We started having Canoe stay for a bath etc and he did better!

    AM- woke up shortly after 6am (PDT) to…CLOUDS!! A little breeze, some blue peaking through, 71 (F)degrees, and MEDIUM pollen. The fence guys are supposedly appearing today to work on rebuilding our leaning brick wall….we shall see if they show up!🙄
