    AM- 10 K DAY
    Elliptical: 6.21 miles in 60 mins, at random high to low crossramps, for 670 calorie burn—- another 10k done😅

    (Partial)Shrimp squats: 5 reps each leg x 1

    (Partial)pistol squats: 10 reps each leg x 1 set—- used a step to help with forward motion

    10 pushups: 5 classic & 5 knee

    Daily Dare: 40 raised leg circles— NO EC; done in 2 sets of 20 reps each direction

    Squat Like a Bulgarian weekly challenge practice: left leg, 16 reps in 1 min

    Legs of Steel Challenge, Day 29: 30 (slosh tube) lunges x 3 sets, 20 sec rest —- I wanted to finish this challenge using the pattern of lunges I had used the whole month. Next time I see forward lunges, Miss_Dada, I will try the walking lunge with kick back, that you’re using😎👍🏼

    Bar work: (modified)Chair Rows Challenge, Day 29— 3 sets of Ring Rows...7...7...6=20 total😎

    AM- WEIGHTS DAY
    Boo walk: <1 mile, high pollen, little breeze, 80 degrees at 9am, mask/goggles (no extra weight)

    Elliptical: 1.44 miles in 15 minutes at random high crossramps and high resistance, and 20 lb weight vest for 176 calorie burn

    10 push ups: with 20 lb weight vest, 2 sets of 5 knee push ups

    (Catch up) Vid— Action Jacqueline 100 Rep sculpted leg challenge, Day 10: 2nd position calf raises, with 20 lb weight vest

    Bar work: (modified) Chair Rows Challenge, Day 28:... 30 sec flex hang hold (from bar) x 2 sets, 30 sec rest—-1st set was 5 sec hang, 10 sec descent, 15 sec hang. 2nd set was 10 sec descent, 20 sec hang..... I may be starting this over again for June and progressing from where I leave off here😏

    Boo walk: <1 mile, high pollen, no wind, mask, goggles

    Drive 90 miles to and from a farm that pastures their animals on grass. This took from 9am to 1pm, while my husb was making cookies & baking bread with granddaughter

    Once home, I ate lunch, played a game with granddaughter for an hour, then took a NAP!!!

    60 Days of Cardio program, Day 56: leg raises, calf raises, jumping jacks, seal jacks x 7 sets, 30 sec rest

    Daily Dare: 2 mins high knees— done in 2 sets of 1 minutes, but the first minute had some med and low knees

    Squat Like a Bulgarian weekly challenge practice: 16 left leg

    Legs of Steel Challenge, Day 27: 30 lunge (step ups) x 3 sets, 20 sec rest

    Bar work: (modified)Chair Rows Challenge, Day 26– .....30 sec flex hang hold (from rings)x 2 sets, 30 sec rest, THEN, Day 27—.... 30 sec (active hold)dead hang x 3 sets, 30 sec rest PLUS 1 jump/pull to bar chin up

    Yoga with Adriene, random pick: Yoga for Dancers (yowie!!)

    60 Days of Cardio program, Day 55: butt kicks, high knees, raised arm circles x 7 sets, 30 sec rest
    10 push ups:5 classic & 5 knee

    Squat Like a Bulgarian weekly challenge practice: changed legs at halfway anyway and got 16 total

    Legs of Steel Challenge, Day 25: 30 (forward) lunges x 3 sets, 20 sec rest.. 1st set used (2)10lb dbs, 2nd set used (1)10lb db, 3rd set used no weights

    Bar work: (modified)Chair Rows Challenge, Day 25— Ring rows 3 sets, 30 sec rest...5..5..5= 15, then I tried for an extra set, and got 5 more, still keeping form!🥳total today is 20!!🥳
